Favorite Song: Haley & Michael 500 Miles. When I was searching for the Budweiser commercial version of this song I stumbled upon this one and have fallen in love. I just love their voices together and their take on the song.
Favorite Workout: This Popsugar Fast and Furious work out is perfect. I love every single move that they do and it really gets you huffing and puffing in no time. It is pretty quick and I like to pair it with the six minute arm video of theirs.
Favorite Treat – It is rare that I will drink something with calories that isn’t Starbucks or beer. The San Pellegrino Blood Orange drink is such a refreshing and tasty treat that I will allow myself ever so often.
Favorite Lust – The pale pink Selma Saffiano Leather Satchel from Michael Kors is just gorgeous! I wouldn’t hate if it ended up in my collection!
Favorite Podcast – I know that I am way late to the party, but gosh darn is Serial addicting!!! I am half way through and I can’t get enough. I can see why she took on this case, as there are so many things to take a second look at. I have my theories so far, as I am sure everyone did half way through and I am interested to see if I am still thinking the same thing with the next 6 episodes.
Favorite Motto: If only everyone lived life like this, this about how amazing the world would be?!
Our internet was acting a fool yesterday and I didn’t get my post up, but the only thing I wanted to share from it was to give my girl Kristen a Happy Birthday shout out!
In other news, Valentine’s Day is this weekend. I love pink and hearts, but not the holiday itself. Never really have. Chris and I usually keep it low key, because who likes to eat in a crowded over priced restaurant?? Not us! I usually fix homemade lasagna and we spend a quiet evening at home. What are your plans?

Hahaha! I love the cards. I think Gaston has to be my favorite, though. I wasn’t going to do anything in particular for Valentine’s Day, but now I might have to print all the inappropriate cards various people have posted and leave them all over the house for Ryan to find.

Oh my gosh that version of the song. Yes. Yes yes yes. Work hard and be nice. Yup. I devoured Serial and definitely had my opinions. We can chat about it today if you want! I won’t give anything away 🙂 Sometimes we do Valentine’s up big, sometimes we crash on the couch at home with beer. We’ll probably crash on the couch this weekend.
I like the motto that used. It’s one that everyone should use. Also we use that blood orange soda in one of our cocktails at Johns.

Oh I love the MK tote, I was looking at that same style in a gorgeous rose gold color awhile ago, so prettyyyy! It’s nowhere in the budget right now but a girl can dream! 🙂 A quiet night at home sounds perfect! We will probably just go to Chili’s or whatever tonight (our usual spot) and tomorrow we’re going to spend the day together but nothing fancy. Have a great weekend!

That MK tote is gorgeous. I splurged this week and bought myself a new Kate Spade wallet during their sale. So much for my spending freeze. Oooops. We’re definitely probably doing low key on Valentine’s day too, because it’s not worth dealing with all the commotion. But it is worth the pink and hearts and frilly things 🙂

I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day for myself and Scott but we try to do something small for Erica. It’s tough coming up with things but at least she likes pink so we just make all her food pink for the day. That seems so help.
