It’s here!!! It’s here!!! It’s finally here!!! FALL!!! Well, in spirit at least, but apparently not weather. I am looking at you mother nature, get with your seasons!
Either way fall is here and I am in love and I don’t care who knows it! Fall is my absolute favorite time of year because the weather finally starts to cool down, the leaves change a beautiful color, the smell of that first crisp autumn morning stays with you all season, the best flavored coffees and beers come back, fall jewel tones compliment my pale-ass skin, and it officially kicks off the start of the move towards the holiday season. Hello Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas! Not to mention, all the good TV shows come back!!!
Today I wanted to share with you some fall inspiration!
Fall Fashion – I love anything jewel toned in the fall. Also, leopard print, booties, football team colors and cardigans make their come back in my weekly outfits. How cute is this top? Perfect color for game day and it’s on sale for half off! I do love a good sale!

Fall Home Inspiration – This fall, I don’t plan to do too much around the house in my current condition. I am going to save my energy and get our Christmas stuff up early this year (beginning of November) since I am due around the time most people put their trees up. Clearly I wont be too mobile then!!! I still cant help but drool over all the fall decor that I see at Homegoods and TJ Maxx! This is going to be my goal for next year…
Fall Food – The best part of fall? Game day snacking and the fact that you are in the mood for soup basically all the time!!!

I am so happy it’s fall! First of all, that I have a baby due in two days (hurrah), and finally the weather is getting better. I love the Lush top! They have tunics that would be so pretty for the fall.

Ok, right on the jewel tones?! My color analysis says I’m a light spring but I think pastels wash me out and I look better in jewel tones. So whatever, I’m wearing them!

We don’t decorate really for fall – we go straight to Halloween. Creepy Halloween, like skeletons and blood and spiderwebs, it’s our favorite holiday. Not so big on the pumpkins and leaves side of things.

My old apartment had a fireplace and porch and I so miss being able to decorate them. I’ve already pulled out my basic bitch plaid shirt to go apple picking this weekend lol! So glad it’s finally OFFICIALLY fall. I always consider the start of September to be the start of fall so now I won’t look crazy anymore with all my fall decor that’s been out. 😉

I absolutely love fall! It’s my favorite by far. Since Texas never really gets cold in the fall like it does back in Minnesota, sometimes I just make sure the AC is on, put on a sweatshirt, & make some soup so I can pretend lol.
AH! I’m so excited it’s fall. I’m not excited, however, about the amount of boob sweat I had today after loading and unloading groceries. It was 94 here this afternoon! NO THANKS. i love all of the outfit and decor inspiration! I always plan on doing cute things with my porch… and I always end up with rotted pumpkins and fried mums. Such is life! Hope it cools down for you guys soon!

My favorite things are Halloween, fall colors, and cooler temperatures for a while! Halloween is a purely fun holiday, no crazy shopping for expensive presents and no obligatory family gatherings (I think most of us have “THOSE PEOPLE” in the family, who we don’t quite prefer to visit, am I right?).
I know that I need to buy some more fall decor too. But that’s smart to get Christmas up early, in your case!

this is the first week that we have fall-like temps (sort of) and i guess canada is also excited for fall. today will only be a high of 17C so people here are wearing coats and shit….calm down people, it’s not winter yet.
