I can already tell that today is going to be a long day. A little miss had me up every 10 -15 minutes since 245am in a little game she called, let mommy think she is going back to sleep, jk! Needless to say, I will be running through Starbucks for a venti something or another with maybe even an extra shot of espresso. It is hard to be mad, because when I finally gave in around 430am, and considered us up for the day…I turned on her light and she just smiled up at me so big. And then an hour later when I was doing my makeup in the bathroom, she took her Minnie Mouse and covered her eyes with it and fell back asleep. Rude.
Anyways, Easter weekend was fabulous! I tried the Pink Drink from Starbucks for the first time. So delicious!!! I also really liked the coconut milk mocha machiatto.
Zoe and I got the grocery shopping done on Saturday. This picture is what I call, I am trying to avoid sweet treats but its Easter and single servings dont count…
And Zoe wore a different Easter outfit each day!
The Easter Bunny must have liked Zoe, because she made out pretty good!
He even left her a Giraffe and Book at her Memom’s and Grandaddy’s house….and a little bunny from her Great Grandma.
We had fun celebrating with Chris’s family yesterday. I think we should all get off Easter Monday to recover, don’t you think?

I completely agree about needing the Monday after Easter off to recover! There’s just so much going on on Sunday that I feel like I need a day to just recover from it all! And Zoe is seriously the cutest! I love that she had multiple outfits so that y’all could celebrate all weekend!

I definitely vote for Easter Monday to be a paid holiday. I was one of the lucky ones to get Friday off, but I think I’d have preferred today. WOOF.

Z is SO CUTE I can’t handle it. After working all freaking weekend (our long weekend!) I decided to fuck work and went to the mall to take Kayla shopping for a new purse. SHe said her other purse is for babies and she’s not a baby anymore (she’s growing up so fast!) 🙁

Baby girl really raked in the dough (or chocolates and candy) for Easter this weekend. Sorry to hear about the terrible night of sleep….I hope you get to rest up this week and sweet cheeks lets Momma get some sleep. Baby sleep is so crazy unpredictable! Ellie will sometimes only wake up once or have a night like last night where she would fuss and cry off and on throughout the night so that I’m not even sure when or how often I got up. It’s sort of a blur at times. Awww Zoe is so smiley – she’s adorable!! Love her Easter outfits.
Looks like Zoe had a great Easter! The Easter Bunny sure does like her, look at all those goodies. Sorry to hear about the sleeping. Being a new mom is hard. I know if I don’t sleep well, I pay for it the next day, I can only imagine how hard it is when you have a baby that won’t sleep. I hope she gets back to sleeping well soon.
