Finishing:Right now I am finishing my second cup of coffee. Ha! I am also trying to finish up The Billionaire’s Unexpected Baby before the book link up next week. This is the follow up book to 69 Million Things I Hate About You which was hilarious and a must read! I am listening to Behind Closed Doors on audiobook on my commutes and OMG!!!! I knew I was going to like this one, I was like the millionth in line to get it from the library. If you are on Netgalley, B. A. Paris’s new book is available for request!!! I got it the other day and I cant wait to dive into it!
Subscribing:You guys, the amount of magazines I have piled up to read has gotten out of hand!!! Anytime I get a few extra minutes of downtime, I either reach for an actual book…or I am trying to clean the house or take a few minutes to do something for myself. Like cut my nails, put lotion on my legs, sleep. I earned all of my subscriptions from surveys I used to do and have been letting them cancel as they come due. I plan to keep a few of my favorites though, which are Martha Stewart, Real Simple and Southern Living. I may keep Women’s Health or Shape too. And that is it. The rest are gone.
Watching:Did anyone watch the most recent episode of Grey’s??? I thought it was going a certain way, if you watched it you know what I mean. I ended up crying at the end of the episode and Chris looked over at me and was like”are you seriously crying right now???” YES! I cry over everything. Why don’t you know this yet? I am also catching new episodes of Grace and Frankie.
We need some new stuff to binge on. What are you loving?
Wishlisting: I really need some better dress pants. Why are all the ones I have so ill fitting and run down looking?? I suppose I haven’t shopped for any in a really long time. I always default to leggings or my pointe style pants. I want some really good quality ones, so I think I will hit up Ann Taylor next time they do 50% off. The Loft dress pants leave a little to be desired for me, I would rather pay a little more for Ann Taylor. The Kate fit are so perfect for me.
I also have this cardigan on my Wishlist at Nordstroms. I like the texture it adds to a plain outfit.
And I really want to grab the Laura Mercier Caviar Eye stick Au Natural and Amethyst.

I got rid of my magazine subscriptions because I was doing the same thing… they just kept piling up! I love that cardigan. I’m trying to not buy any more winter clothes, but damn, winter might not end here. LOL. And thank you for sharing my post! I cannot believe I published it… I wrote it from my phone and was just like fuck it. Haha.
I loved Lindsay’s post!! And I really love that cardigan. I’m really thinking about adding it to my cart. It just looks so cozy. And definitely more error than trial. Always.
I just requested Behind Closed Doors from the library. I keep hearing about it but i keep forgetting to request it! I love Grae and Frankie. I haven’t seen the 4th season yet though! I’m currently binging Once Upon a Time from start to finish. But I watch it when I’m alone because I don’t think Nick would like it at all!!
I have a pile up of magazines I need to sit down and actually go through. Serena loves pulling them all off the shelf under the coffee table to remind me. Ha! And my dress pants are the same way, and now that I’ll need to start actually dressing business casual again next week it’s time for some much needed updates to my work wardrobe. And of course Nordstrom for the win, you need that cardi <3

Don’t you hate it when the good work pants are so expensive?! I have the same issue but I just took a few to a tailor and it’s like a whole new wardrobe of pants! Blue had a bunch of extra points so I just ordered Real Simple for the first time in years. It was my favorite because there are so many useful tips and tricks but it was kind of expensive. Remind me- was the last episode of Grey’s the one all about Bailey? Lindsay’s post is HYSTERICAL! Thanks for sharing it!

I didnt see this last week’s Greys with Bailey – but I’m still on a buzz from the one with Jo’s husband. Grey’s has been so good lately.

I love magazines, but it is so easy to let them pile up! I got the caviar stick in a gold shade a few months ago and I’ve been loving it. It’s a really subtle color, but I love the texture because it’s super creamy without really creasing!
I haven’t read Behind Closed Doors but I’m so curious now! I do love a good mystery novel. I love the show The Good Doctor and Kevin (Probably) Saves the World. I try and keep up with those no matter what.
I love magazines, but yeah, they can definitely start to pile up! That’s partly why I love the Glossies Made Me Do It link-up because it gives me a legitimate reason to sit and read them. 🙂

I need a new pair of black dress pants too! I work from home so don’t need to dress up much but I tried on the only pair I have before my last trip to Denver for work and they didn’t fit at all! I think I bought them right after Swede was born, so it’s good that they are too big, but now I’m on the search for a new perfect pair. I find it such a boring thing to spend money on though.
Greys is the first TV show that ever made me cry.
You will love Behind Closed Doors! That cardigan is soooo great but I too have said no more winter clothes unless it’s a REALLY good sale, lol. So much error over here but it tends to work out, lol.
I love that cardigan — also, you probably know this from Insta or Twitter, but ER is now on Hulu so I started it this weekend and cannot. stop. watching. I know I watched it back in the day but I was young (6th grade!) and dont remember ANYTHING from earlier seasons. You might need a break from medical dramas but my god, it’s SO GOOD.
I don’t subscribe to any magazines, but I always page through my mom’s Real Simple when I’m over there – so it’s kind of the best of all worlds, since I don’t have anything stacking up, but I still get to enjoy my favorite one 🙂 Love that cardigan too!
